Florence Obi takes over as 11th UNICAL VC
Obi was sworn in today, 1st Dec, 2020 in Calabar by the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of UNICAL Governing Council, Nkechi Nwaogu.
She is the first female Vice Chancellor of the 45 years old University.
